Applications

Our Flagship Compression Coupling, the HL Series galvanized steel couplings are our most versatile coupling and are designed for use in both positive pressure and vacuum dilute or dense phase conveying systems. HL couplings have static pressure ratings ranging from 30 PSI to 160 PSI.

Standard Features

• 3 and 4 bolt configurations
• Sizes: 1.50” up to 8.00” tubing
• Galvanized steel construction
• Zinc plated grade 8 bolts
• Zinc plated grade 8 flange nuts (no washer needed)
• White NBR FDA compliant or black SBR rubber gaskets
• Available with stainless steel gasket protectors
• Advanced “Eyelet” design improves conductivity
• Lighter weight for ease of handling
• Flanged nuts reduce installation time

Optional Features

• Stainless steel gasket protectors
• T304 stainless construction by special order
• High temp silicon gaskets
• Chemical resistant viton gaskets
