Static Seal 2 & 3 Bolt Stainless Steel Couplings
Originally designed for plastic resin conveying and in use extensively throughout Europe and Asia, these lightweight couplings are well suited for any dilute phase vacuum or pressure application with static pressures up to 60 PSI. These lightweight couplings are priced at 50% of the cost of other tube couplings, install in half the time, and deliver a strong and durable grip to guard against tube separation.

Our Flagship Coupling, the HL Series galvanized steel couplings are our most versatile coupling and are designed for use in both positive pressure and vacuum dilute or dense phase conveying systems. HL couplings have static pressure ratings ranging from 30 PSI to 160 PSI.

H Series Heavy Duty Tube and Pipe Couplings
Heavy Duty Couplings are recommended for heavy wall pipe and tube applications where increased axial loads are present and the potential for tube separation exists. Provides the ultimate stability while guarding against pressure leaks. Type H couplings are rated for up to 200PSI static pressure.

Steady-Lok Assemblies are for use in areas of high axial force where tube separation is a concern. They are used to secure the piping and maintain a leak tight seal to provide uninterrupted delivery of conveyed materials. Steady-Lok Assemblies are offered as an accessory item for 3 bolt (6” long) or 4 bolt (8” long) couplings.

Gasket Protectors
Boss Process Gasket Protectors are constructed from a thin layer of T304 stainless steel. These Gasket Protectors are uniquely designed to provide an extra layer of protection to guard against product contamination by constricting around the tube joint as the coupling is tightened in place. Boss Process does not recommend the use of Gasket Protectors on our 2 bolt product offerings.
